On Sunday, the NASCAR Cup Series raced at World Wide Technology Raceway near Downtown, St. Louis. Denny Hamlin drove to the win and locked himself into the next round of the playoffs.

1,525,000 tuned in on average for Sunday’s race. That’s down significantly from the previous three races years of the event.

For comparison, ESPN brought in 1,200,000 for the F1 race at Monza.
