Championship leader Manuel Gonzalez put in a strong recovery, climbing from 16th on the grid to finish fourth for Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP at his team’s home round. Celestino Vietti rounded out the top five for SpeedRS Team, while Joe Roberts continued his consistent run of top-ten finishes with sixth for OnlyFans American Racing.

Aron Canet, riding with injuries after a crash in wet conditions earlier in the weekend, managed a gritty seventh place. Izan Guevara finished eighth, claiming his fourth top ten of the year for bLU cRU Pramac Yamaha Moto2. Ayumu Sasaki scored his best Moto2 result to date in ninth for RW - Idrofoglia Racing, and Filip Salac completed the top ten for Elf Marc VDS Racing.

The race was shortened after a red flag caused by a crash involving Albert Arenas and Marcos Ramirez. Several other riders, including David Alonso, Diogo Moreira, Tony Arbolino, Eric Fernandez, and Alonso Lopez, did not finish.

The result tightens the championship fight as the series heads into the next round, with Oncu’s win adding momentum to his campaign and highlighting the competitive depth of the 2025 Moto2 field.
