RUF’s CTR3, though reminiscent of Porsche’s 911, is the company’s own creation and a true supercar beneath its sleek bodywork. Developed in collaboration with the Canadian firm Multimatic, the chassis is 911-sized but features an extended wheelbase of nearly 11 inches to accommodate a rear-mid-mounted engine.

Initially powered by a twin-turbo 3.8-liter flat-six producing 691 hp, the CTR3 later evolved into the 2012 Clubsport variant with 777 hp and a top speed of 236 mph. Weighing just 3,000 pounds, it delivers blistering acceleration and agility, pairing Porsche 997 front MacPherson struts with a RUF-developed multi-link rear suspension for razor-sharp handling.

Currently listed on Collecting Cars’ Sealed Bids is a 2013 RUF CTR3 Clubsport, believed to be one of just seven built and likely the only right-hand-drive example. Ordered new through RUF Singapore, the car went directly into storage on delivery before being shipped to the UK in 2017. It remained unused until late 2024, when it was officially registered with the DVLA, still showing only delivery mileage.

Unlike the standard CTR3, which came with a six-speed sequential manual, this Clubsport is equipped with Porsche’s seven-speed PDK dual-clutch gearbox with paddle shifters. Braking is handled by 15-inch cross-drilled carbon-ceramic discs paired with six-piston calipers.

Finished in silver, the car features lightweight carbon-fiber bucket seats, a black leather and carbon-trimmed cabin, and modern amenities such as electric windows, air conditioning, adaptive dampers, a front-axle lift system, and an Alpine touchscreen.
