Unveiled in April 2010, the Ferrari 599 GTO became only the third model to bear the iconic Gran Turismo Omologato name, following the 250 GTO and 288 GTO. Based on the track-only 599 XX, it featured a 6.0-liter V12 producing 656 horsepower and 459 lb-ft of torque—59 more than the 599 GTB.

Power gains came from reduced engine friction, a higher compression ratio, and revised intake and exhaust systems—all compliant with Euro 5 standards. The GTO also featured a faster-shifting gearbox, adaptive dampers, advanced traction control, and extensive weight-saving measures including carbon seats, lighter materials, and carbon-ceramic brakes with carbon pads. Limited to 599 units, it was offered exclusively to Ferrari’s most loyal clients.

Presenting a rare chance to acquire a low-mileage example of this highly sought-after limited-edition Ferrari, chassis number 175976 is a Canadian-market car originally delivered to Ferrari of Vancouver. It was imported to the United States in 2015 and has since accumulated just 531 miles.

Offered for sale on Bring a Trailer, this example is finished in Rosso Corsa with a Grigio Silverstone Opaco roof, mirrors, and flying-buttress C-pillars. Carbon-fiber components include the front spoiler and rear diffuser, complemented by bi-xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, and quad exhaust outlets.

It rides on forged 20-inch Y-spoke alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires (285/30 front, 315/35 rear). The suspension uses magnetorheological dampers, while red multi-piston calipers clamp cross-drilled, slotted, and ventilated ceramic-composite rotors.

Inside, carbon-fiber Daytona-style sport seats are upholstered in black leather with red stitching and prancing horse embroidery. Matching leather and carbon-fiber trim extend across the dash, console, doors, and sills. Features include a carbon-fiber steering wheel with engine start and manettino controls, Bose audio, dual-zone climate control, power steering adjustment, drilled-metal pedals, and checkerplate aluminum footwells.
