Just when it looked as if Sébastien Ogier was starting to take some form of control over this year’s World Rally Championship title fight, the rallying gods intervened and a crash he was powerless to prevent allowed Elfyn Evans to sneak ahead.

In the words of David Evans, that’s left Ogier as “a wounded tiger”, and we all know how dangerous the Gap superstar is when he’s up against it.

So where do we stand now after Central European Rally? Who’s the favorite? Is it still Ogier, or is it now Elfyn Evans?

Evans, Colin Clark and Luke Barry take up the debate on this week’s SPIN, The Rally Pod, where they also examine Thierry Neuville’s lackluster title defense, Hyundai’s struggles and that epic Junior WRC showdown.
