Ahead of the 2026 MotoGP season, Borja de Altolaguirre will step into the role of Head of Sponsorship. Borja joined MotoGP last year as Director of Global Alliances, having previously held senior commercial roles at Paris Saint‑Germain and the NBA.

Marc Saurina will transition to focus his leadership on WorldSBK, where he will play a central role in strengthening and expanding the championship’s commercial platform.

During this period, Daniel Ruiz, who joined MotoGP in 2025 from Adidas as Commercial Strategy Director, will lead hospitality and licensing, working closely with the marketing function. This structure will remain in place while the recruitment process for the Chief Commercial Officer continues.
