Then, MotoGP opened the gates of the sport to hundreds of local students as they got a tour of everything behind the scenes of a race weekend on Friday, from the garages and paddock to a photo opportunity in the Press Conference room and a look around the Broadcaster Set. In the afternoon, the students then joined the grandstands to enjoy some of the best seats in the house for MotoGP Practice.
A photo opportunity and interview on Saturday with MotoGP Chief Sporting Officer Carlos Ezpeleta underlined the success and importance of the collaboration as MotoGP commits to making a positive impact on people, place and planet everywhere we race. The final commitment for 2025 only underlines that further, with the initiative adding a donation of school supplies for schools across Lombok to support education on the island. There will be more to come in 2026, so stay tuned!
