Last Wednesday marked the second edition of the Tutto Bene Hillclimb, a unique event blending automotive passion, culture, design, and lifestyle against the stunning backdrop of Lake Maggiore. Maserati captured the spotlight with the GT2 Stradale in the eye-catching Giallo Genio body colour and black/grey interior, lighting up the road to the summit of Mottarone.
True to its spirit, the event was non-competitive—embracing the slogan “slow down to go fast.” It focused on the conscious pleasure of driving, enjoying the landscape, and sharing the experience with fellow enthusiasts.
Created by BorromeoDeSilva design studio in collaboration with Race Service, the Tutto Bene Hillclimb took place on the historic Strada Borromea, a private seven-kilometre road climbing from Gignese near Stresa to Mottarone’s peak. Around 80 cars participated, ranging from iconic Italian classics to simpler but meaningful machines—all united under the banner “only cool cars allowed.”
The Maserati GT2 Stradale thrilled spectators with its exceptional dynamics and the unmistakable roar of its Nettuno V6 engine. This model marks the latest chapter in Maserati’s vision of performance—a car born for the track and reimagined for the road. Derived from Maserati’s GT2 race car, it seamlessly blends two worlds: timeless elegance and pure motorsport spirit.
Powered by a 640-horsepower V6 Nettuno engine, the GT2 Stradale rockets from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 2.7 seconds and tops speeds exceeding 320 km/h. Weighing 60 kg less than its predecessor, the MC20, it stands as the most powerful road-legal Maserati ever crafted with a combustion engine.
By participating in Tutto Bene Hillclimb, Maserati reaffirmed its role as a prominent figure in contemporary automotive culture, harmonising tradition and innovation in an exclusive environment where iconic landscapes, Italian excellence, and passion for driving unite. The GT2 Stradale embodied the event’s spirit—from competition thrill to craftsmanship and style—reflecting the brand’s commitment to bringing racing emotions to everyday roads through unrivalled driving experiences.
Maserati continues to lead with a unique range, including the everyday exceptional Grecale SUV; the iconic GranTurismo grand tourer; the new GranCabrio convertible; their electric models like the GranTurismo Folgore and Grecale Folgore; and the limited-series MCXtrema race car aimed at the motorsport enthusiast.
