Set in Turin’s Piazza Reale, Maserati unveils the twin personalities of its newest creation—both models appearing in the stunning Ai Acqua Rainbow finish, matte for the coupé, glossy for Cielo. Created as part of Maserati’s Fuoriserie custom program, the colour shifts in sunlight, dispersing pure white light into a spectrum reminiscent of the prism itself.
Now in its second edition, the Turin Auto Show is quickly earning recognition as a hub of automotive culture, and Maserati is right at its heart. The MCPURA’s stage is not static—it’s a celebration, where the authentic Italian luxury pulses with the sound of engines and the thrill of real driving.
One of the big highlights: Saturday’s grand parade, snaking from the Reggia di Venaria through Superga to the city’s Piazza San Giovanni. Leading the charge will be Maserati Forza Torino customers in Trident legends like the GranTurismo and MC20, joined by a GranCabrio with Cristina Chiabotto on board—an ambassador for true Italian elegance.
The MCPURA is the natural evolution of the iconic MC20 halo car, pushing the frontier even further. Available as a coupé or the retractable-roof Cielo, it stands out for four signature features: carbon fibre monocoque, the 630hp Nettuno V6 engine with pre-chamber tech, “Butterfly” doors, and—on Cielo—a trick electrochromic glass roof. That carbon shell keeps weight under 1,500kg, for a class-leading power-to-weight ratio and sculpted handling. Maserati’s made sure everything about MCPURA is a pure shot of Italian luxury, style, and mastery.
Ai Aqua Rainbow isn’t just a colour—it’s an experience. Developed with rare pigments for a base of aquatic tones, it surprises with a rainbow shimmer in the sun, bringing a sense of emotion and uniqueness unavailable anywhere else. This special finish is part of Maserati’s “made-to-measure” Fuoriserie program for one-off dream builds.
MCPURA rolls out of Maserati’s Viale Ciro Menotti home in Modena, also the birthplace of the Nettuno engine and GT2 Stradale—soon joined by GranTurismo and GranCabrio in late 2025.
