The Snowball Derby is a famed super late model event hosted at Five Flags Speedway. The half-mile is located in Pensacola, Florida.

This year it is the 58th running of the event. It’s scheduled for December 4-7, 2025.

Today, Kyle Busch announced he will be running the event. Busch is a two-time winner of the race (2009, 2017).

Busch completed in the event most-recently in 2020. He finished 7th in the event.

Danny Stockman will serve as the crew chief for Busch in the event. Stockman led Jesse Love to the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series championship.

“It’s been a few years since I’ve been to Pensacola, but I haven’t forgotten how to get around Five Flags,” Kyle Busch said in the release.

“The Snowball Derby is one of those bucket-list races you always want to win again and again, and I’m fired up to be back with the No. 51 Lucas Oil team and FloRacing. We’re showing up to take that trophy home.”

The event will be streamed live via FloRacing.
