Unveiled at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show as the brand’s V-12 flagship, the Aventador initially featured a 691-horsepower 6.5-liter L539 V-12 paired with all-wheel drive and a single-clutch seven-speed automated manual transmission. Over time, the lineup expanded to include higher-performance models, such as the S, SV, and SVJ. The series culminated with the LP780-4 Ultimae, the most powerful Aventador built.

The Ultimae’s naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V-12 was upgraded to 769 horsepower—78 more than the original Aventador and 10 more than the SVJ. With titanium intake valves, the engine delivers 531 lb-ft of torque, launching the car to 62 mph in 2.8 seconds. Power is distributed through a single-clutch ISR transmission, Haldex all-wheel-drive, and a limited-slip rear differential. Standard equipment includes carbon-ceramic brakes and rear-axle steering, originally introduced on the Aventador S.

Production was limited to 600 units, with only 250 roadsters being produced. One such roadster, offered on Bring a Trailer, is finished in Viola 30 Anniversario with gloss black roof panels.

Exterior features include bi-xenon headlights with washers, rear fog lights, heated power-folding mirrors, a transparent engine cover, and the Aerodinamica Lamborghini Attiva 2.0 active aero system. Forged 20-inch and 21-inch Bronzo-finished Dianthus wheels with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires complete the setup, supported by magnetic push-rod suspension, ESC, and a front-axle lift.

Inside, the cabin features power-adjustable black Alcantara seats embroidered with Ultimae logos and Lamborghini crests, accented by contrast stitching and piping. Carbon-fiber trim, an Ultimae plaque, Lamborghini infotainment, Sensonum audio, a CD stereo, automatic climate control, and a universal garage opener round out the interior.
