George Russell will lead a Mercedes one-two on the starting grid for Formula 1's Canadian Grand Prix.

Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri form an all-McLaren row two with ex-F1 title rivals Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen lining up on row three.

Lance Stroll qualified 21st but will start the race from the pitlane as the team has "taken the strategic decision to replace the battery (ESME) and make several other set-up changes to the car".
