Rally Colorado will become a round of the American Rally Association National championship for the first time in 2026, replacing Oregon Trail Rally on the schedule.

Previously a round of the ARA West Regional championship, Rally Colorado steps up to National status while Oregon Trail temporarily transitions to be a Super Regional as the event’s organizing team rebuilds. The intention is for it to return as a National event in 2027.

The eight-round National championship begins, as is tradition, with the Sno*Drift Rally (February 6-7) before Rally in the 100 Acre Wood a month later (March 13-14).

Olympus Rally (April 17-18) follows before a two-month break and the Southern Ohio Forest Rally (June 11-13). Rally Colorado (July 18-19) slots in as round five prior to Ojibwe Forests Rally (August 27-29), Overmountain Rally Tennessee (September 17-19) and finally Lake Superior Performance Rally (October 9-10).

ARA series manager, Preston Osborn, said: “Across every aspect, American rally is gathering momentum. For 2026, we’re excited to honor tradition with some long-standing favorites on our calendar, and to continue the diversification of the series by welcoming Rally Colorado to the National championship.”

The season will conclude at LSPR, just as it did yesterday
