A throne fit for a King.
Here’s to His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen Consort on their coronation.

As an avid car enthusiast, King Charles III has always had a passion for automobiles. From a young age, he developed a fascination with classic cars and has since built an impressive collection of his own.

One of the King's favorite cars is his 1970 Aston Martin DB6 Mk2 Volante, which he has owned for over 20 years. He has been seen driving this car on numerous occasions, including on his wedding day to Camilla Parker Bowles in 2005. The car has a 4-liter straight-six engine and a top speed of 148 mph, making it a classic British sports car.

In addition to his Aston Martin, the King also has a 1961 Jaguar Mk II, a 1969 Triumph TR6, and a 1976 Rolls-Royce Corniche. He has been known to attend car shows and auctions, and even participated in the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run in 2019, driving a 1901 Daimler 6hp.

Beyond his personal collection, King Charles III has also been involved in promoting sustainable transportation. In 2009, he converted his 38-year-old Aston Martin to run on bioethanol made from wine wastage, reducing the car's carbon footprint. He has also advocated for the use of electric and hybrid cars as a way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Overall, King Charles III's love for cars extends beyond just their aesthetic beauty and performance capabilities. He recognizes the impact they have on the environment and strives to make a positive change in the automotive industry.
