You know it was a crazy round of the World Rally Championship when the driver who won didn’t lead the event at all until the very moment it counted.
The top-two in the championship were both out for the day after just one and three stages respectively, a maiden win was lost to a tire change, and then of course “a gift” of a lead was squandered on the powerstage for a team who badly needed that result.
