Originally delivered as a modest 1965 2.0-litre Porsche 911 Coupé, this example underwent a dramatic transformation in the 1990s under the guidance of Walter Röhrl and Porsche engineers Oliver Bienert and Manfred Rugen into a lightweight, track-focused machine finished in Maritime Blue. Further refined over the years—including an engine rebuild by former Porsche Motorsport engineer Matthias Hoeing between 2020 and 2022—the car now features upgraded internals, a rally-friendly setup, and numerous modern components.
