Recently released data from the SMMT has revealed that a car that once dominated the new car charts has transferred that into used car exchanges

Electric car registrations rose just 3.6% in November, the weakest growth since December 2023, as the overall new car market fell 1.6% year-on-year.

SMMT chief executive Mike Hawes said the numbers were "very disappointing".
