A garage in Petersfield, Hampshire, said its vehicles had 'lost power' as an incident saw mechanics find 200 acorns stashed into one air intake pipe.

Petar Krtinic was filmed by his sister on January 2 speeding down the A421 in Bedfordshire. Police found evidence of Krtinic speeding up to 166mph on social media with the caption 'peaceful'.

The junction along the A521 in Cheadle has seen cars flip in the air, collide with lorries and cause nearly £200,000 of damage over the last two months.
