Aprilia MotoGP rider Jorge Martin was taken to hospital after a crash during a post-race test day in Barcelona, for checks on his elbow and leg.
Martin had had five separate crashes across three days of running during the Catalan Grand Prix, and crashed early in the Monday test at Turn 7.
Though further details of the crash aren't yet available, the corner is a tricky, fast, uphill one teeing up an immediate change of direction for Turn 8 - so lends itself to significant incidents.
The test was red-flagged for a spell as Martin was attended to on-site before being taken to the circuit medical centre, where he was examined for a prolonged period of time.
He then headed to Dexeus University Hospital - where much of the MotoGP grid goes for surgeries and examinations - for what Aprilia described as "further tests".
Aprilia subsequently confirmed no fractures were discovered during the hospital examinations.
Martin is 15 points back from Aprilia team-mate Marco Bezzecchi in the 2026 title race, and is the third rider to go to hospital during this Barcelona event - following serious incidents for Alex Marquez and Johann Zarco in Sunday's race.
Barcelona race winner Fabio Di Giannantonio is also absent as he's sitting today's test out to "focus on recovery" after being hit by debris in the Marquez crash.
