NASCAR Cup Series drivers are back on track after yesterday’s Duel races and many are now in backup cars. This is the second practice session for the Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway.

William Byron’s backup car left Charlotte, NC at 3:00am this morning. The backup is now ready to roll after a crash in last night’s race.
Ross Chastain, Daniel Suarez and Chris Buescher have also announced they are running backups cars.
Austin Dillon is fastest in the second Daytona 500 practice session. He turned a laptime at 46.006 seconds with an average speed of 195.626 mph.
