Greg Biffle's home burglarized weeks after fatal plane crash. A large sum of cash has been reported missing from the North Carolina home.

Greg Biffle was a former NASCAR Cup Series driver. Last month, he along with his family died in a plane crash at the Statesville Regional Airport.

Now, the Iredell County Sherriff’s Office says there was a break-in at the late Biffle’s home on January 8th. The report lists “Burglary with forcible entry” as the incident.

The scene took place at the 300 Block of Doolie Road in Mooresville, NC.

The report claims that $30,000 in cash was taken from the residence. It also lists a $30 back back was taken from the home.

The report was first obtained by WBTV.

Additionally, police say two guns and NASCAR memorabilia could also be missing. They are currently reaching out to NASCAR teams in the area to locate the property.

At this time, no arrests have been made.

Biffle and his wife, Cristina, along with their two children were killed in a plane crash shortly after takeoff on December 18th. Three others onboard also died.

Biffle was a 19-time winner in the NASCAR Cup Series. He won the NASCAR Xfinity Series championship in 2002 and also won the Truck Series championship in 2000.
