Brand new cars coming in 2026: Our A-Z preview Part 2 - from Bentley to new Chinese brand Denza

With a new year comes a fresh batch of cars hitting showrooms for the first time. And 2026's arrivals are predominately EVs. Here are the second lot of 13 models to look out for.

As we reach the end of the road on 2025, This is Money and Daily Mail have picked our 26 most interesting new cars set to arrive in UK showrooms once the new year begins.

We've already featured the first 13 models in part one of our A-to-Z preview of brands, which covered new motors from BMW to Volkswagen.

Now we're on to part two where we pick the other 13 vehicles drivers should be looking out for.

Part one had its fair share of EVs (this is 2026 after all). Part two does too but there are some ultra-luxury cars in this list, some controversial models and some performance powerhouses.

Jaguar, Mercedes, Ferrari - there are some GTs that will make 2026 far more interesting. 

So let's take a look at the second half of cars coming to the Britain in the New Year.

We're starting the list off with perhaps the most famous car coming next year - Jaguar's new EV.

After a new car sales hiatus, a polarising rebrand, and the reveal of its first 'new era' concept EV in 2025, Jaguar is hitting the ground running in 2026 with the production version of its concept EV. 

Exactly how the Type 00 concept turns into reality is yet unclear, but we know it will arrive as a four-door Grand Tourer EV which will cost over £100,000 and be sold in boutique stores, the first of which will be located in Paris.

 From one GT to another - the Mercedes-AMG GT is a four-door electric car that will be the first all-electric car the German marque's performance division has made in almost 60 years.

Three motors will produce a staggering 1341bhp combined. The concept's reached over 220mph - so expect some serious pace from the electric sports car that's replacing its petrol relative.

F80 customer deliveries (for those very lucky people in life) start in 2026, and we can't think of a better way to approach the New Year.

With a design inspired by Ferrari's Le Mans-winning 499P race car, the F80 has a 3-litre V6 engine with two turbos and five electric motors.

For £3million you'll get 1,183bhp and a 0-62mpg of 2.15 seconds. 

For almost £90,000 the Polestar 5 is the four-door GT that brings some serious power to the EV market in 2026

Price: From £89,500

Launched in 2025, the Polestar 5 four-door GT will begin deliveries to customers in early 2026.

The electric performance GT is built on the Swedish brand's first bespoke EV platform and can charge up to 350kW, giving a 10 to 80 per cent top up in 22 minutes.

High level figures include 871bp, a range of 416 miles and a top speed of 155mph.

Leapmotor is now part of the Stellantis group. It's B05 will cost under £30k and have a range of 280 miles

Now part of the Stellantis group, Chinese car maker Leapmotor will bring its B05 electric hatchback to the UK in 2026.

There will be two battery options and an estimated range of up to 280 miles, and the same tech as the B10 large SUV.

The Land Cruiser is a popular combustion 4x4, but 2026 should see it enter its electric era.

The Omoda 4 - previously called the Omoda 3 - small SUV will arrive in petrol, plug-in hybrid and electric versions. It's expected to cost less than £30k

Estimated price: From £27,000

Chinese brand Omoda, owned by China's largest car exporter Chery, is expanding at a ridiculous rate in the UK and next year there's no stopping.

The Omoda 4 - previously called the Omoda 3 - small SUV will arrive in petrol, plug-in hybrid and electric versions. It's expected to cost less than £30k and will come with a touchscreen that syncs to a Nintendo Swith.

New BYD premium sub-brand Denza will bring its B5 off-roader SUV to the UK next year and it will have 677bhp and a 0-62 of 4.8 seconds

Denza, for those unable to keep up with the influx of Chinese cars, is a premium new energy sub-brand of BYD.

With two electric motors and a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine the Denza B5 off-roader SUV won't be hanging around, or only good as an off-roader, because it will produce 677bhp and a 0-62 in 4.8 seconds.

Porsche's first electric Cayenne SUV is on sale and deliiveries will commence in 2026. It is officially the most powerful car to don the famous German badge

Price: From £83,200

The Cayenne Electric is now on sale but deliveries won't begin until 2026.

It has been rubberstamped the 'most powerful production Porsche of all time', boasting up to 1,140bhp. 

It is still a family five-seat and can cover almost 400 miles on a single charge. It also will be able to wirelessly charge and add 202 miles in 10 minutes.

Denza's first UK model to arrive in 2026 and will be this intriguing Porsche Panamera rival - the Z9 GT

10. Denza Z9 GT

Estimated price: Around £75,000 upwards

Denza's first UK model to arrive in 2026 and will be this intriguing Porsche Panamera rival.

It will be available as a PHEV or fully-electric model. 

Denza says the Z9 GT has almost 1,000hp and will do 0-62mph in 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 149mph.

Estimated price: TBC

This car is due to be revealed in 2026 and for the first time as an EV. We don't have an image yet but it should be on the way soon.

Don't worry though if electric isn't your thing as petrol and hybrid options will also be available.

The interior will have BMW's new Panoramic iDrive infotainment and 3D graphics in the cabin and it uses the Neue Klasse design language. 

Estimated price: Above £100,000

Again, new car launches are top secret and images aren't released until the last moment so we're awaiting an image of Bentley's latest offering.

We don't have a name for this car yet either, but the electric car will be revealed in 2026 and deliveries will commence in 2027.

So far we know it will fast charge 100 miles in just 6.5minutes and will be less than five metres long.

The urban luxury SUV is promised to be 'very fast' and the 'best Bentley on the road'.

The Cupra Raval will undercut the Born as the Spanish brand's cheapest model, starting from £25k

From the very expensive to the very cheap, we are finishing our 26-car round up with a £25,000 EV.

The Cupra Raval will undercut the Born as the Spanish brand's cheapest model. It's only four metres long and is made for nipping around.

You'll get 280 miles of range and 222bhp so enjoy some speedy acceleration around town in the New Year.
