See you soon, Raul! The Australian GP winner crashed in FP1 and has withdrawn from the remainder of the Portimao weekend
It’s not the start to the final two rounds that Raul Fernandez (Trackhouse MotoGP Team) would have dreamt of. Having been victorious in Australia during our flyaway stint, the #25 crashed heavily on Friday morning at Portimao and despite heading back out for Practice and also finishing in P8 during Saturday morning’s FP2, will take no further part this weekend. Discomfort in his left shoulder means he’ll sit this one out and hope to be back for the final round of the season in Valencia next weekend.
