Lamborghini Unveils Manifesto Concept to Mark 20 Years of Centro Stile

Lamborghini celebrates two decades of its in-house design studio Centro Stile with the dramatic Manifesto concept. This bold sculpture hints at the future of Lamborghini design while honouring its legendary visual DNA.

Lamborghini has pulled the wraps off the Manifesto, a radical concept car that celebrates 20 years of its in-house design studio, Centro Stile. Revealed during an exclusive event at the Sant’Agata Bolognese design headquarters, the Manifesto serves less as a production preview and more as a wild expression of the brand’s design philosophy moving forward.

The Manifesto is a sharp, mid-engined sculpture that recalls Lamborghini’s iconic wedge shape first made famous by the Countach but with a modern twist. Its surfaces are cleaner and more “puristic” than recent models, while still capturing the dramatic tension and aggressive posture that has become synonymous with the Raging Bull. Characteristic Y-shaped lighting elements front and rear echo the marque’s signature look, now reinterpreted for the future.

This concept eschews traditional car details there are no doors, windows or interior, making it a pure styling statement rather than a functional vehicle. Yet subtle hints, like a series of vents along the spine and a rear diffuser, evoke the possibility of a V12 powerplant continuing Lamborghini’s engine heritage.

Centro Stile has been central to Lamborghini’s identity since its founding in 2005, enabling the marque to move from outsourcing styling to fully crafting its own daring designs. Under the guidance of design director Mitja Borkert, the studio developed legendary models like the Aventador, Huracán, and recently the futuristic Fenomeno.

As Lamborghini looks toward future supercars and possibly electrification, this concept signals a fresh chapter one where design remains at the core, uncompromised and unapologetically wild.
