A furious roadside row erupted over a woman blocking a driver from parking his car in an apparent bid to reserve the spot for her friend.
Footage of the argument shows the woman sitting on a fold-up chair in the middle of a parking space in Perivale, London on Tuesday.
A man attempting to leave his black Lexus in the spot gets out of the car to remonstrate with the woman, who is soaking in the sun as she remains calmly in her seat.
He says: 'She's trying to block me in. She doesn't want me to park my car because she's "reserved it for a friend".'
The woman remains unmoved, standing her ground in the large space between two parked cars on the street.
The infuriated motorist gesticulates as he briefly heads back to his car, which is stationed in the middle of the road, angled as if about to park in the spot.
'Why don't you knock her off the chair?' a bystander asks, as vehicles including a bus squeeze past the man's car while making their way up the road.
The woman, meanwhile, stares down at her phone and ignores the remarks from those watching the scene.

One person shouts: 'You're blocking everyone, that's the problem.'
At this point, the driver moves in front of her and says: 'Nobody here thinks you make sense, there's no common sense.
'I'm not f***ing moving, I'm staying here. You can sit here all day like a f***ing crazy woman, you're f***ing crazy.' She is crazy,' another bystander adds.
Kewal Parmar, 29, filmed the feud and told the Daily Mail that the woman's actions caused a lengthy tailback on the busy road.
'I went for a jog and was coming back home and I saw they were having a confrontation,' he said. 'There was a jam on the road.
'The woman was on the chair and blocking the parking space for her friend who was three or four cars behind.
'The guy wanted to park his car but she said she couldn't move as she was reserving for her friend.'

Mr Parmar added that, at first, the woman had been standing in the space in order to save it for her friend.
He said he believed the woman owned a shop nearby and, moments later, another friend of hers came out of the store to hand her the chair to sit on.
'She was a bit rude because at first she was standing there and he was being kind and it's true that you cant book a space,' he added. 'It is first come first served.'
The bystander said that he had never seen that type of behaviour before in the area.
'I took a video as I saw multiple people watching,' he said.
'The woman was just talking to the guy over there. They were having an argument and her friend went to park somewhere else and she then stood up and went into her shop.
'The guy eventually parked in the bay. He said, "If you don't let me park here, I'm going to stay here all day."
'This is the first time I've seen this - you can't book spaces by standing in them. This is against the rules. I've not seen this type of behaviour before.'
